This is the privacy statement of the Robert F.W. Bruinsma Foundation and BIJ ANDREAS. In this statement we explain how we handle the personal data that we obtain through this website in our contact with you. The Robert F.W. Bruinsma Foundation and BIJ ANDREAS comply with the provisions of the AVG (General Data Protection Regulation).
Personal data collected We do our utmost to protect your data. We need personal data to guarantee our services to you. The Robert F.W. Bruinsma Foundation and BIJ ANDREAS have access to this personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself.
The Robert F.W. Bruinsma Foundation and BIJ ANDREAS process data for the following purposes:
- sending our newsletters;
- handling your donation and/or ticket sales and informing you about its progress;
- taking measures to improve our services;
- providing information or offers.
Minors
The Robert F.W. Bruinsma Foundation and BIJ ANDREAS do not intend to collect data from persons younger than 18 years. We therefore do not offer services to minors. We advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without that consent, please contact us. We will then delete this information.
Security
When transferring data, we use the so-called SSL security system (Secure SocketsLayer) in connection with 128/256-bit encryption. This technique offers the highest security and is therefore also used by banks, for example, for data security during online banking. All payment methods offered by us are extensively secured by the aforementioned standard. You can see that your data is sent encrypted by the symbol of a key or closed lock in the status bar of your browser.
Data of website visit
We receive data as a result of your visit to our website. Examples of this are cookies. We use this information to get a better picture of our customers and to further develop our website and adapt it to your personal preferences.
On the site we use Google Analytics to analyze how the site works and to measure the efficiency of traffic sources. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this. These buttons work by means of pieces of code that come from Facebook respectively Twitter and LinkedIn themselves. Cookies are placed through this code. We have no influence on that. Newsletter
Periodically we send a digital newsletter to our visitors and other interested parties by e-mail. We only send this newsletter to people who have indicated that they want to receive the newsletter. An unsubscribe link is placed in every newsletter with which the recipient can unsubscribe immediately. We only use the subscriber file for sending the mailing.
Retention period for data and access
As soon as you end your services with us, we will keep some of your data for the duration of the legal retention period. We delete data that is no longer needed. After the statutory retention period, we will destroy all your data.
You have the right to view the data that we keep about you after you have terminated your service with us. You can submit a request for inspection, correction or removal via office@bijandreas.nl.transurl.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your proof of identity with the request.
