Lisa María Blanco Muiño is a passionate Cuban classical pianist whose artistry reflects both her deep cultural roots and a profound dedication to her craft. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree at Codarts in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Lisa’s musical journey began at the age of five, dedicating a lifelong love for the piano. Throughout her career, Lisa has garnered numerous accolades, including awards in prestigious competitions and participation in renowned festivals. Lisa’s artistry extends beyond performance; since 2019, she has delved into composing songs and piano works that blend innovation with heartfelt storytelling. Her performances have resonated in iconic theaters and concert halls across Cuba, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Spain, and The Netherlands, captivating audiences with her warm, expressive playing.
Her musical exploration led her to record a CD featuring the piano works of Cuban composer Cecilia Arizti—a project that earned her the 2019 Cubadisco Award for Concert Soloist and a nomination in the First Album category.
